Parliament Square - 10th July 2003 - Democracy going to the Dogs
Demonstration organised by the Countryside Alliance.
Followers of
hunting together with their hounds and dogs filled Parliament Square
on Wednesday the 9th July to protest at the Bill to ban hunting with
hounds. There were speeches from the likes of Robin Page, Kate Hoey
and Lembit Opik as well as the outgoing and incoming heads of the
Countryside Alliance, Richard Burge and Simon Hart. Together they
would make an excellent cabinet. Lembit Opik for Prime Minister.
All proceeds of the
sale of these pictures goes to the Isle of Wight Foxhounds.
